When will the order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11am will ship the same day, pending availability and credit verification. Catriona MacKechnie will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for deliveries; shipping to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes will be made by USPS. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Saturday delivery is available by special request. Please contact us by email or phone to check availability and pricing.

How will my shipment arrive?
Full priced merchandise will arrive beautifully wrapped in Catriona MacKechnie packaging. Items not sent in a gift box will come in a black, reusable pouch. Please note: this does not include oversized items which to not fit in the pouches or boxes. Sale items will be carefully wrapped in plastic.

International shipping
Catriona MacKechnie is happy to ship to 200 countries world wide by UPS.

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
International shipping charges, import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, and its destination. Orders will be shipped through our international courier accounts and we will charge the cost to your credit card. Import duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer.

Import duties and taxes are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Catriona MacKechnie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Catriona MacKechnie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Catriona MacKechnie. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we are required to make customs declarations which include product information, such as description and value.  This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
